What equipment do we need?
All you need is a telephone! We provide everything else including a robust industrial playback unit.
How many different messages are on each recording?
Our standard recording is six minutes in length. We can comfortably fit 6 to 8 messages with a music background throughout in to that time.
Can we change our message?
Yes you can. Depending on the option you choose, your messages can be changed as often as you like.
Do we have to write our own scripts?
No. Just provide us with the basic information and we will produce a full script within 48 hours and email a draft for your approval before recording. Of course you may wish to write your own script. Whichever path you choose we’ll provide you with as much or as little assistance as you need.
What’s your usual turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is five business days, but we can provide your new production within three days if you need it in a hurry.
